Where are the servers located?+
Our standard dedicated servers are hosted in globally distributed Tier-3/4 data centres. Dedicated servers in an Indian data centre are available on request.
What support is included?+
Every server includes 24/7 infrastructure support and network monitoring. Once a fault is isolated to the hardware level, we target hardware replacement within 4 hours. Fully managed server administration is available as an optional add-on.
