Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?+
Yes. We connect your number using Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. We never use unofficial tools, which can get numbers banned.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?+
Meta charges per message for template messages such as marketing and reminders. These charges are billed by Meta to your own account and are not part of our server price. Replies to customers within 24 hours of their message are free from Meta.
What does the ₹5,000 onboarding cover?+
A one-time fee (+ 18% GST) for connecting WhatsApp: Meta Business verification help, connecting your number to the inbox and setting up your first message templates.
Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?+
Yes, in most cases. Once the number moves to the official API, it works through the inbox and can no longer be used in the normal WhatsApp app on a phone at the same time.
What is included free?+
The server, inbox software, setup, monthly updates, daily backups, weekly snapshots, website live-chat widget setup and a basic auto-reply and lead-capture automation.
Can you add an AI chatbot?+
Yes. AI chatbot replies trained on your products and FAQs can be added. We quote these separately based on what you need.

How do backups and restores work?+
Every plan includes daily full-server backups kept for 10 days, plus free weekly snapshots. These are copies of the whole server, not of single files. A restore brings the entire server back to the day you choose, and our team does it free on request. Need separate backups of a database or specific files? We can set up database or file-level backups on quote.
