The monthly price includes the cloud server, genuine Windows Server licence, Plesk licence, server setup and security, monthly Windows and Plesk updates, daily automatic backups, free weekly snapshots, free migration and a monthly server health report. All prices are + 18% GST.
Which Plesk edition do I get?+
paceSTART includes Plesk Web Pro for up to 30 domains. pacePRO and all bigger plans include Plesk Web Host with unlimited domains.
Can I run ASP.NET and MSSQL?+
Yes. IIS with ASP.NET and .NET support, plus free SQL Server Express. For databases larger than SQL Server Express allows, a licensed SQL Server (2022 Web or Standard edition) can be added on quote.
Do I need to buy Windows or Plesk licences separately?+
No. Both are included in your plan. After you order, our team installs and licenses Plesk on your server for you.
What does "managed" mean here?+
We take care of the server: setup, security, monthly updates, backups and migration. You manage your websites, email and databases inside Plesk.
What is not included?+
We manage the server, not your website code. Fixing application or website errors and custom development are not included, but we can quote for them separately.
How is this different from your Windows Cloud Server?+
The Windows Cloud Server gives you full Remote Desktop control for Windows software such as Tally or trading platforms. The Managed Plesk Windows Cloud Server comes with Plesk for hosting websites and our team managing the server for you.
Where is the server located?+
Our primary data centre is in Mumbai, India, with 20ms response in India and 99.9% network uptime.
How do backups and restores work?+
Every plan includes daily full-server backups kept for 10 days, plus free weekly snapshots. These are copies of the whole server, not of single files. A restore brings the entire server back to the day you choose, and our team does it free on request. Need separate backups of a database or specific files? We can set up database or file-level backups on quote.
